Agent Reports

Agent Address List Lists all agents and their addresses.
Agent Phone List Lists all agents and all their phone numbers.
Commissions for an Agent for a Period Reports from bond records, commissions paid to an agent within the period.
Commissions for a Period Reports from bond records, commissions paid within the period.

Bond Reports

Cases Due in Court Today Reports on bonds whose next appearance date is today.
Cases Due in Court in the Next 7 Days Reports on bonds whose next appearance date is within the next 7 days.
Cases Due in Court for a Period Reports on bonds whose next appearance date is within the period.
Current Bond Inventory Reports on bonds that have been issued, but unwritten, and are not expired or voided.
Active and Unreported Bonds Reports on bonds that are active, but have not yet been included in an execution report.
Current Liability Report Reports on bonds that have been written and are not yet exonerated or voided and have not had a forfeiture paid.
Big Bond Worksheet Displays counts of bonds by amount, in a table that have amounts of $25,000 or greater.
Bond Count by Court Reports on active bonds, summarizing how many are in each court.
Active Bonds with No Court Reports on active bonds that have no court designated.

Transferred out for a Period Lists all of the bonds that have been  transferred to other BARS agents or the home office within the period.
Void Bonds for a Period Reports on bonds voided within the period.

Collateral Reports

Collateral for a Trustor Lists collateral records with a trustor name containing the string of character entered in the search.
Collateral for an Instrument Lists collateral records with an instrument number containing the string of characters entered in the search.
Collateral Received for a Period Reports on collateral records with a date received within the period.
Collateral Returned for a Period Reports on collateral records with a date returned within the period.
Collateral Reconveyed for a Period Reports on collateral records with a reconveyance date within the period.
Collateral Inventory Reports on collateral records with a date returned entered.

Defendant Reports

All Defendants Lists all defendants for the BARS account.

Skipped Defendants Lists defendants for the BARS account that have bonds that have gone into forfeiture.
Defendants for an Agent Lists defendants assigned to the designated agent.
Blank Data Sheet Displays a blank report that can be printed and used to collect all BARS data for a defendant. 
Outstanding Check-ins Lists defendants who have not called to check-in since the selected cut-off date. 

Execution Reports

For a Date Lists all bonds included in an execution report on the selected date
For a Period Lists all bonds included in any execution reports in the selected period
By Number Recreates the selected execution report.

Forfeiture Reports

Check Notes; Forfeitures; 60 Days Prints notes to take to court to check on the status of the bonds in forfeiture with defendants due back within 50 days.
Checker Notes; Forfeitures; Send Checker Prints notes to take to court to check on the status of the bonds in forfeiture that are mark to "Send Checker".
Forfeiture Judgment Costs Paid for a Period Reports on forfeitures that have had judgment costs paid within the designated period.
Forfeiture Payments for a Period Reports on forfeitures that have had forfeiture payments made within the designated period.
Forfeiture Payments for a Date Reports on forfeitures that have had forfeiture payments made on the designated date.
